Product Specialist 

To increase the efficiency and speed of our implementations, we are going to create a new role called “Product Implementation Specialist”.  The main objective of this role is to help clients in the implementation of our products in their company. This role requires a lot of product training and we will be providing that training to ensure they learn it the right way. We will conduct a training course and only those people who pass the course will be considered for the Product Implementation Specialist role. Below are the details for the Training and the Role. 

Training Details

Duration: 3 weeks

Examination Format: Theory following by practical demonstration of the product features

Role Details

Responsibilities include

  • Assists clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, or solutions.
  • Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes, and tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
  • Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Provides product related demos to new and existing clients
  • Respects, understands, and performs the necessary quality checks of the system recommended on the implementation.
  • Works on site and remotely to implement and support the Infionic Products
  • Populate excel based templates to enter boot strap data and configurations
  • Support the unique configuration at each customer site
  • Testing the new versions of the product as and when required
  • Organizes, convenes and documents regular client and internal project team meetings throughout implementation and post go-live
  • Maintains a professional and courteous manner with clients
  • Responses to clients in a timely and attentive manner
  • Communicates clients concerns and future needs to Infionic Team

  Qualification

  • Requires a bachelors degree
  • Excellent verbal communications and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects to independently meet deadlines and complete tasks in an accurate manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and clients
  • Demonstrated skill in accurate record keeping with strict attention to detail, organize and maintain efficient files and records
  • Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, tact, diplomacy and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Demonstrated skill in expressing ideas clearly and effectively
  • Advanced skill and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or other software applications to retrieve data, create spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Typically reports to a manager.

Travel

  • Should be open to extensive travel to client sites

Salary

  • INR 2.0 lacs per annum
