Business Development / Lead Generator

 Roles & Responsibilities

  • The IT sales Lead Generation is responsible for prospect and generate new sales lead to support the sales team.
  • This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via telephone, mass mailing & market research, database & etc..,
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation targets.
  • Should be proactive to follow-up with leads.
  •  Develop innovative approaches to lead generation.
  • Prior experience in interacting with C level Management of the companies and maintain good rapport with existing clients and new clients.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Fixing appointments for the sales team
  • Sending Business proposals, presenting them new concepts & services of our company
  • Sales closure

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in ERP / CRM software Solutions sales and an understanding of how these apply to business processes.
  • We are looking for highly talented self-motivated individual with excellent oral and presentation skills
  • Lead generation specialists should also be able to build strong networks in- and outside their organizations, and work well in teams or independently.
  • 1-3 years’ of experience as Business Development executive or Lead Generator preferably in IT industry.
  • Any graduation or master’s in business Administration  (Marketing)
